Privacy information notice

Information on the processing of personal data made under and for the purposes of the Legislative Decree N. 196 of 30 June 2003, Art. 13.
Promau S.r.l. informs, pursuant to and for the effects of the Legislative Decree N. 196 30 June 2003, Art. 13, about the method of processing personal data communicated by you.

Type of data processed

In addition to personal information provided directly by users (such as name, surname, postal address, email address, etc..), when registering to the site, computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site, indirectly acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but due to its very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers utilized by users who connect to the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to allow its correct functioning. These data can be used to establish the responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website: except for this eventuality, to the state, the data persist for a period not longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and subsequently processed.

Purpose of data processing

The processing that we intend to perform has the following purposes: a) give effect to sale contracts or assignment for the provision of services (supply of goods or services); b) direct marketing and sending of advertising material of Promau Srl promotional initiatives, including newsletters, messages like MMS or SMS or other;
c) informative activity;
d) creation of professional profiles of clients and consumers;
e) economic analysis and statistics, market research or other researches deemed useful for the improvement of its products or services;
f) respond to specific requests made by the person concerned;
g) research, selection and evaluation of personnel.

Method of data processing

The data will be processed through the use of paper, computer and telematic tools and supports and in compliance with the provisions of the law to ensure the security and confidentiality, as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance with respect to the purposes declared. The data will be entered into the relevant databases which could be accessed, and then learn about them, the employees specifically designated by the writer as responsible and/or persons in charge of personal data processing, according to their assigned authorization profiles. The persons in charge and managers will be able to carry out consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate and necessary operations even automated.

Communication and dissemination.

Personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of persons: a) persons to whom the right to access to them is granted by law or regulations (e.g. law enforcement authorities); b) companies of data processing and computer services;
c) companies that perform services for mailing and sending of correspondence;
d)parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies.
The data will not normally object of diffusion The Holder, however, can use them in information campaigns (e.g. case studies) that provide for the distribution, but this only if it has collected, in this sense, the prior and express consent of the person involved.

Nature of data provision

The provision of data to the person concerned is usually considered optional. Failure to send all or part of the requested data may result in inability of the data controller to give the requests submitted by the person concerned.
However, when the provision of data is essential to the fulfilment of the obligations of the contractual relationship between the parties, failure to send the data may make it impossible for the holder to fulfil the obligations.

Rights recognized to the user

The person concerned has the right at any time to exercise the rights under Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03. In particular the user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data provided (content and origin), to verify the accuracy or request its integration, updating, rectification, cancellation. Holder and Manager of data processing

The holder of the data processing is Promau S.r.l., based in via Civinelli 1150, 47522 Cesena (FC). The data processor is the pro tempore Administrative Director in the person of the Accountant Michele Casadei, domiciled for this position at the premises of the holder, that the person concerned may contact at any time in order to obtain all the information regarding the processing of data and to enforce the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03.
